QCS8550 integrates Qualcomm® Kryo™ CPU, Qualcomm® Adreno™ 740 GPU, Qualcomm® Hexagon™ Tensor Processor (HTP), and Qualcomm® Adreno™ VPU. It is combined with a high-performing Qualcomm Spectra™ ISP and supports video encode up to 4K120/8K30 and video decode up to 4K240/8K6. It delivers powerful edge AI for high-performance at low power and has robust video and evolved graphics capabilities. The Aikri-85X-50AD-8 dev kit comprises of Aikri QCS8550 SoM and a carrier board. It comes with Android 13 support which further helps in early prototyping and parallel software development of a wide range of performance heavy IoT applications including autonomous mobile robots, industrial drones, camera, edge AI box, video collaboration, video transcoding, and cloud gaming.
